Good morning all...

I checked the calendar awhile back to see how close we are to Christmas as I have been good all year and expect a lot, whole bunch or even hundreds of presents...

I noticed that today is December 21st and the shortest day of the year.

I mentioned this to the Old Girl and she told me what the shortest day of the year is really all about.

She said:

-Your friend Paul "Fozzer" across the pond will only take half as long to go to the store on his motorcycle as he would normally take because, yes, this is the shortest
day of the year...

-Your friend Kurt "Bass" will only take half as long to post a reply to your (MY) posts on Simviation as this is the shortest day of the year...

-I will get all my Chores done in half the time as this is the shortest day of the year...

So, the Old Girl told me I have to get off the computer now folks and start my Chores as this is the shortest day of the year...

Gosh...Some day I am going to be as smart as the Old Girl...

I dont have any advices on being smarter, but i'm also being called in for a vacuum cleaning tomorrow

Hi Kurt...

The Old Girl has given me time off for tea so waiting for the kettle to boil...

Got quite a bit done this morning, don't know how two seniors like us can make such a mess sometimes, heck, we are not even home most of the time...

Monday will be our big day for cleaning as the rest of the week we will be on the road here and there...
