A bunch of old farts

Sure, we ALL pine for 'the good old days', when times were simpler, attitudes were easier to understand, and things like patience, courtesy and civility were virtues to strive for.

But facts are facts; times do change, and we're all just trying to roll with the punches. Like Rocky Balboa said,

"It's not about how many times you get knocked down; it's about how many times you get knocked down, and keep moving forward."

But anyway...

I just turned 50 earlier this year... and I'm glad I made it this far! In a way, I look forward to being an 'old fart', being able to take it easy and worry about the important things in life; having friends and family around, a good bowl of Green Chili, riding the bike, savoring a nice snifter of Stranahan's while Brubeck plays in the background...

The thread has morphed a bit, but my original intention was to poke fun at myself by playing some music that definitely put me on the "old farts" list.
