Well, let me see.......I had to have the German equivalent of Dynorod unblock the kitchen sink. The pipe some 12 meters from the plug hole was blocked. Then our tumble dryer gave up the ghost. I will have to hunt down a new one tomorrow. My wife's car started to make an odd noise when the aircon is turned on and to top it off, I found out another totally crap feature of Windows 8. In the past by updates, you could always put it of until a convenient time. Windows 8 just does its own thing and you get a couple of minutes not to lose all your work.......if you have only paid half an eye to the message, not properly read it and thought that it would be the same as Windows 7......Which I did.....

My Fathers Day went well!

I had some lovely Cards off my three Lads, and a bottle of Australian best red Vino...

...and after buying a nice new chain and sprocket kit for my Yamaha Motor Bike, I popped down to one of my mechanic Lads, (Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire) with it, and he fitted it for me, and did one or two other jobs on my Bike at the same time...

...so, altogether, it was a fabulous day!

Just cooking my Sunday Dinner (late) now, (with Australian Vino), after getting back!

Paul....I like Father's Days...especially with Australian Red Vino included...and a shiny new Chain and Sprocket!... ...!

..its always nice to be remembered as a; "Special Dad"!... :D ...!

I was going down a hill doing ninety miles per hour
when the chain on my bicycle broke...
I landed in the grass
with a sprocket up my...
pocket

Just an old rhyme my granddad used to amuse me with. Doubly fitting as it is Father's Day and it ties in with Fozzer's post!

Happy Dad's Day to all! Just finished up at a bbq at my brother's. Plenty of beer, burgers, and since my baby-momma wouldn't attend I got a great eyeful
of my bro's sister-in-law. What a hottie! A M.I.L.F. if you would. :o

I expect you may wish to continue with your gramp's version... ;)

As to all you dads, best wishes to you
(perhaps a bit of jealousy, too);
I miss the days when I had kids around --
the cherub and the elf --
with clowning and the happy sound...
and I was one myself...
