Do you even know what V1 is? Much less V2... Vref?

T/O: Flaps 1, unless 5 is required for noise abatement. 10 if you've got a very short runway, but I can't think of a time I've ever done flaps 10, even in the sim. Pull back on the yoke at Vr, but not too vigorously or you'll have a tail strike in all but the short-body aircraft. Bad juju. With a positive climb indication, retract your gear. Pitch to maintain V2+10 through 400 AGL. Accelerate to clean maneuvering speed (210+ is a good target. Flaps 1/5 limit is 250 kts, but that's okay, because the ATC speed limit is 250 below 10. You knew that, right?). Retract your flaps. Above 10K accelerate to 280-300 kts or use the climb speed recommended in the FMC. Or just punch VNAV and monitor.

There are a number of good 737 sites on the interweb for pro and amateur fliers alike. My fave is The Boeing 737 Technical Site. They've got systems outlines, flight profiles and all sorts of great 737 info. Check it out.
