Britten Norman Islander trim settings

After looking on the Simviation site I found a BN 2A and thought it would be fun to fly around, I've now flown it several times but can't get it to fly straight and level, it usually sticks its nose in the air or if it looks level is actually dropping, any tips on flying this would be helpful . . . . :-/
