I haven't found any models for MSFS that will really spin, even the aerobatic ones. Maybe someone else has had better luck with that.

In FS, with great difficulty, as it isn't particularly well modelled in that respect.
As for real - ask an instructor to show you.

UUUUh well there really arnt any that will do it that I know. A spin is basically caused by one wing stalled and the other one is still producing lift. You know how to come out of it right? idle...opposite rudder...forward pressure on the yoke/stick....dont need to apply to much though.

I had a Citabria on FS9 that would spin with the realism sliders all set to full. Don't remember which one it is, but it is freeware.

EAW's Su-26 (FSX) will spin, you just have to wait a long time for that light airframe and a great big radial engine to stall. ;)

don't even try in MSFS. Not even worth it after you experience real spins. Especially since the spins in MSFS usually end up with you flying across the sky like a comet.

download the Realair C172, it spins fairly good, just make sure the realism sliders are all the way up. but its still not even close to real life spins, so fun!
