Never ending navigation problems; this time VOR's

Hello,
In my flight plan there are all VOR's to pass through. It gives a cruise altitude of 9500 ft.
Some VOR stations are not recognized from the previous VOR station. The VOR needle does not show up.

What is wrong with those VOR's? Even some far VOR's show up in the VOR display but some nearer does not.

I am afraid I'll be lost in the skies someday:)))

The several VOR stations do not have the same signal power and therefore not the same range as well. This is why you may receive a VOR which is 80 miles far and may not receive one which is just 40 miles from your current position.
In addition ground has a role to play here as a mountain can prevent you from receiving a VOR's signal.
A good advise is to maintain the radial of the passed VOR as long as possible if the next one is out of range. However you can't help being in areas out of any VOR's range if you fly VOR-to-VOR.

On your flightplan, it will give a heading from a vor station to the next. Simply fly that heading while correcting for any possible wind ;)

I make my flight plans with Flight Planner in FS2002 and it does not give any headings, just gives the VOR's to be passed. Where should I look for the headings? (Or, are you talking about an external program to make flight plans? If so I'd be very happy if you give me its name).

Anyway, I'd better get some charts :)

You can check out your GPS to see the headings (and distances) between VORs.

Here's a screenshot of the navigation log after creating a short flight via a vor. I've circled the headings to the next waypoint
