DME turn?

How do I set up a DME turn in the FMC of the PMDG FMC?

I am doing the Newark Seven Departure and at 2.3 DME it says turn right heading 220 climb maintain 5000 thence.

So how do  I set this up?

Also how do a set a DME turn?
