Where is the 'obs' knob?

Where is the 'obs' knob?

Sorry if its a basic question but I am a bit new to this, I have FS2004 and flying the learjet. I can set the nav1 to the VOR but cannot find the obs knob to set the radial. Anyone know?

course display on the autopilot is the OBS setting for NAV1
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur
