FS98 SIN-LAX Flight Plan

Postby eldorado59 » Thu Apr 15, 2004 11:29 am

I was using an FS98 Singapore Airlines A340-500 (FS98 Singapore Airlines Airbus A340-500 (ProMax98). By Camil Valiquette) to fly from Singapore to Los Angeles Intl.  The problem was that I ran out of fuel.  I started with 100% fuel, but I think I used to much because I did a steady climb from takeoff to 41,000 feet.  I know that the real airlines climb in steps, but I don't know how to do this.  Can someone give me a realistic flight plan I can use to go from SIN to LAX?  Thanks.

Does FS98 have a flight planning wizard / utility, or are you doing it yourself?

I am using FSNavigator 3.0.  I can make a flight plan by choosing a starting and ending runway and adding waypoints, but when the plan is made, it has me climbing to max altitude all at once, unless I am doing something wrong.   ???
