Hi All. Been a long time since I do not post here :)

I just wanted to share this video which I thought was really really good.

A fascinating watch.... ...!

Many thanks for refreshing my/our knowledge of; "aerofoils".

Valuable information for sim pilots flying variable pitch, variable speed, constant speed, etc, propeller aircraft!

Remember that magic lever, between the Throttle(s) and the Mixture Lever(s)...the Propeller Lever(s)!... :o ...!

Very useful to know how it works...and its dangers in use!!

Paul.... :D ...!

It is a good video, and still in use despite its age (it was produced just after the Tucano arrived in RAF service which meant everyone would fly an aircraft with a constant speed propellor).

There's a spinning one that is worth a watch too.

An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.

It's a good film that's still used (it was made after the Tucano entered RAF service, which meant everyone would fly a constant-speed propeller aircraft).

Watch the whirling one too.
