After several tries I finally got Flight Gear to recognize and use my X52(not Pro)how ever the supplied xml file for the X52 is based on the X45 and as such is using the rocker for rudder control. The X52 has a twist grip not a rocker. Problem is I can't figure out what the axis number for the twist grip is, to correct this problem. Any body know what axis number FG and Vista assign to the twist?

Fixed: upon closer invistigation , discovered that the rudde axis section fo the XML was commented out, guess I have to study XML now.
