do you think there are going to be Jet aircraft?

I think it's guaranteed to have jet aircraft and larger planes. If you look at the achievements list (under pilot profile) then there are achievements for carrying a lot of cargo/passengers (which would be unfeasable with the stock aircraft) and there are achievements for going fast - There is definitely one for going at Mach 1, I think there are others for going even faster.

I just wonder why they didn't give us a lot more on release.

That doesn't necessarily mean jets.  You could be flying a Caravan with passengers or cargo to the other side of the island or helicopter rides for the tourists or something...   :P

In MS Flight they class the Maule as a cargo aircraft so there might not even be a Caravan.

Microsoft is proving over and over again that it is unable to adapt to a rapidly changing computer world.

The more I read, MS didn't fall.  They jumped.  Head first off a cliff.  It's clear now that their focus is on the *game* community, not the *sim* community.
