Hey Folks! Is it possible to allow AI helo traffic to exist in the new sim? Can they made to taxi correctly to the proper runway, fly correct patterns, and land/park in the proper places?

We don't know yet: MS hasn't released a vid of helo performance, nor have they posted anything containing such information.

I guess you mean "I would like to have improved helicopter performance, etc, etc . . ."

New Light, you do realize MS is developing Flight, not SimV, right?

What I was asking for consideration is, can/would MS "Flight" allow AI helicopters to perform and operate at airports as they would in reality. Would we be able to use a program such as Airport Facilitator X to use any helo pad properly? Will, or is it possible for "Flight" to allow helos to take of/land at their assigned runways, taxi properly (hover) to/from the proper parking place at the airport? Will we be able to hear Jetranger, Eurocopter, Westland, etc., called by ATC just like all of the fixed wing aircraft? That kinda stuff. Thanks!

Again, we don't know, as Flight is still in development.  But if your meaning is that you would like for this to be possible, then, yes.  MS should definitely improve the helo dynamics, since they have been sorely lacking in the previous installments.  It would be wonderful to overfly NYC and see a few helos circuiting the the city and know that there were conscious pilots behind them, creating a true "air-world", where each aircraft was being controlled by a real person in real-time.
