I woud like to see more options within the ATC window.  It would be sweet to be able to call a tower and declare an emergency and have emergency vehicles waiting for you.  If you had an inflight problem the Flight Center handling your traffic would change your course to the closest capable airport.

If I remember correctly, the old "Flight Unlimited" had a similar feature.
