Problems when descending with SkySpirit 748 DHL/Polar

Hello all,

I've downloaded the SkySpirit/ Project OpenSky B747-8F, the DHL/Polar version. Great looking plane, and at first it looked that all worked well. However, when I'm trying to land my plane, on final, the nose suddenly drops towards the ground and I can't recover from it. Trying to go up literally doesn't make any difference, whatsoever. It seems that this happens when below 185 knots, and when I'm descending towards the runway on a very gently glidepath of appr. 500 - 1000ft/min.
It's not a stall, the plane isn't over its weight, I'm not using the autopilot and flaps are set to the approperiate setting. It just seems like a bug (??): Whenever the plane reaches a speed of 185 knots when descending, it will drop the nose and starts descending with 1300-1500 ft/min until it crashes..

Does anyone have an idea what could be going on and how I prevent/ solve this?

Thank you very much!

Have the same aircraft. Have no problems. But you are close to stall speed. My moneys on that.

thank you for your reply. I don't think it's a stall. My nose drops down and can't be recovered by pulling up. Also, I'm descending with 1000ft/min. The controls just won't react.

I have the same problem both with the 747-8 and the 777. The autopilot just looses vertical control during the approach. To recover requires turning the autopilot off and hand flying the remainder of the approach and landing.  Once the autopilot is off, manual elevator control is restored.

I have tried giving the elevator trim more travel and/or greater lift but it did not help.  A solution would be helpful.
