Ok, i'll just wait until SimV got it.
I dont like the Google privacy "heads on".

There are so many people trying to download it it crashed his server

I flew it for a bit and boy, what a great aircraft! It lags a ton on my system though...

Yeah, the 4096 by 4096 textures will slow your computer. I put my scenery on medium high so Norton doesn't crash it.

TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD=4096 (replacing 1024)

into my fsx.cfg, i really got some sceneries and other ac improvements!!

The problem is that any time you change your settings the number will revert back to 1024.
This program will keep the Texture Max Load at what you set it to:

Tho, i still got the 4096 after restarting.

It will stay at 4096 until you change any settings in the settings menu. You can restart and it won't change

i just D/L'ed this aircraft and installed it....now, when i select it,..FSX crashes to desktop....any other aircraft i select, works fine....i'm far from being a pro at this, so it's probably something dumb.....

Are there any lower res textures for this model.  I love the aircraft, model, and systems, but it just lags too much on my system to be any fun.
