Hi ,
In FSX Acceleration 3-D Cockpit View, at 0.30 Zoom or and  0.40 Zoom, the PFD, HSI and Engine Contros readouts are very much vague and could not be readout making it very much impossble to fly the approaches . I shallbe greatful if any of you can help me with suitable tweaks in this regard. Thanks.

Why do you fly with such a low zoom ?
I use only 0.50x with my 16:10 monitor, and I have no problems reading the gauges or screens.

If it isn't on, turn on your detailed VC. NAND what plane are you flying?

I'll agree with Daube. Those low zoom levels are going to effect readability. However.....

In the sim, goto Settings-Display. On the Aircraft tab check that you have 'High-resolution 3-D virtual cockpit' enabled.

Also, on the Graphics tab, are you using the 'Highest full screen resolution' your system can handle without 'killing' your fps? (Your GPU and desktop screen resolution should be set to match.)

Beyond that it's pretty much up to your hardware.
