FSX AI Traffic

Is there an AI traffic program that wont kill FPS like the stock AI traffic? With everything almost at medium to high settings I am getting a constant 32 fps but once AI traffic is introduced, fps drops almost to 10 fps! That is with the traffic set to 80% commercial and 50% ga.
