Is there any way to remove the Payload display,
such as when I want to do screenshot of my Tu-95 doing a bombing run,
how would I remove the annoying box
that tells me what bombs and how many I have?

I'm not sure if you can remove it.........I just drag it up into the top right corner until it almost completely disappears

Right click it and select "Close Window".
