Downloading of Simaviation FSX Gold scenery files

Would appreciate if someone could, in a few precise lines, give me the necessary instructions to download scenery files and transfer them in FSX Gold....!
( i am not a computer hero.....)

Hi,
Many scenery files have instructions how to install.
Meanwhile
see this & watch the video at the top of the page if you use Windows 7.
