Tower Cam?

Having every MFS since it's inception I can not figure how to change the tower cam location in FSX. Many tower cam views are blocked by buildings or trees. In the older versions it was easy to move their locations. Is there an addon which allows this feature for FSX?

You can use Airport Design Editor to change the position of the tower cam.
