you may have to create them manually, lookup the approach chart for where your going, it maybe as simple as fly a 15 mile arc of the ndb (vor) attached to the airport until the direction tothe ndb is near runway centre.
Thats how I do a lot of myblind flying where terain won't interfere.
I think they can be created via the sdk but not sure.
