Help and Patience Please....

Hey all,

I recently downloaded a number of add ons for FSX via taskforcefsx.com - specifically the revised version of AI carriers, and the driveable Nimitz and the AI Carriers pack v.5.0 I want to know if it is possible to place the driveable Nimitz at a location and use it as a carrier? This might be a question for their site admins....but thought perhaps some of you might have this stuff too?

On an other note, I saw that PAD (Premier Aircraft Design) has made available all of their planes for free...is this a result of one of their designers passing...? RIP or is it in anticipation of ms flight?

Lastly, in two parts, I want to buy REX.....overdrive but don't want to waste $40 if it won't be compatible with ms flight...any ideas? and finally, does anyone know if I can use ORBX software in conjunction with VAN+ or VIC+?

Simple suggestion from one that is around ever since FS4. Think with today's needs in your head.

Flight MAY... just MAY not be the way to go after all, given what they say about it. And still nothing is known about when it will be available. Even if you absolutely want to get it, it will be way more than a year before its arrival. Surely not before X-mas 2012 if even then.

You want REX? Go for it.

PAD has always made freeware.

If you know of someone charging for their work, you should notify them.

Sadly, with the passing of JP, there will be no more new offerings from PAD.

To your last question, I have ORBX pnw and nrm, along with Vancouver+, and have no problems with them. Well, only one problem really--the scenery detailing makes it too hard to fly anywhere else in the world.
