Download the FSX(Sp2) upgrade for his L-19D and 305C packages here-

(Note: you do not need the 'required file' that is listed under the file description. Just apply the fix to your FSX L-19D)

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
