I downloaded a set of Airbus A318, A319, A320 and I found other textures that i want to download. When I go to put in the textures, IT DOESN'T ADD! Can anyone tell me how to add it or if it is even possible to add?

There could be several reasons:

Are the textures for the specific aircraft?  For instance if the aircraft is Poskey, is the texture for that particular Posky aircraft? (Usually, a testure add-on will specify the base aircraft it is designed for.)

Are you following the installation instructions?  Are you editing the aircraft.cfg "[fltsim.X]" correctly?

the airplanes are not poskey, they were a set of some sort, and I have added textures to the B737, B747 and A321 but for some reason it's not letting me add them in.

Posky was an example.  The point is the textures you are attempting to add must be added to the specific aircraft that it was designed for  For instance, if you had a posky 747-400, you could not add a texture designed for the default Microsoft 747-400.
