Missing textures.

Whenever I download a new plane and install it, the texture is always black. Also, some planes appear to have only the interior objects and no exterior objects.

Assuming a correct installation, check to make sure the "DX10" preview is disabled in the User Control Panel.
Also, it would help if you posted which add-ons were giving you problems.

The main one that i am having problems with is: FXS Nimrod Package from Simshed.

that is the reason why add-ons (the ones were made using FS9-SDK like most of simshed models are made) will be shown black
