Hey all I recently d/l this great looking/handling P-51 http://simviation.com/1/download-file?file=FSX_P-51D_ver_1.1.zip&fileId=36642

My only issue is that I don't believe that the engine sound from within the cockpit should be as quiet as it is ...at least for me. I have bi Aural sound when I turn head to left and right with track IR but the cockpit I think should be a little more "throaty and growling" ..... can some one teach me how to adjust the sound file to make this satisfactory for me?

From the Readme the sound included with the P-51 is a "lite version". I'm no sound guru so my best suggestion is to find a decent Merlin sound package for it. If you have Acceleration you could try aliasing to the default P-51 sound.

I can understand that it might take more than 18 hours however with several views I thought that someone might have a response as did Hagar....Thanks Hagar.

BTW Captain Propwash, you responded to my posting http://205.252.250.26/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1304693357/7#7 and you made it seem like you were going to provide me with a response to my question.

MjrHealth was kind enough to form an opinion and help me out and I appreciate that.......

The post pretty much died after that......would you care to weigh in after 576 hours? ...... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
