Other than set the "expected" FPS in the settings, is there a way you can get / see the actual FPS achieved as you are flying

[Shift+Z] will cycle the 'Coordinate/frame rate' text displayed in the upper left corner of the window.

One of the lines will display current FPS as well as the 'Target' FPS you've set.
