FSX including FSX Steam version.

FPS ??

Other than set the "expected" FPS in the settings, is there a way you can get / see the actual FPS achieved as you are flying ???

[Shift+Z] will cycle the 'Coordinate/frame rate' text displayed in the upper left corner of the window.

One of the lines will display current FPS as well as the 'Target' FPS you've set.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
