JBK Viscount problems

Have tried to install the ac every way I can think of including the installer in the package but when the a/c shows up its missing wheels, gear, elevators, rudder, doors etc! what am I doing wrong.Recently installed JBK's britannia using its self installer with no problems. The viscounts panel shows up ok.

I just tried it. It displays well enough for me but is very graphics intensive & the textures take a while to load. What are your system specs?

Running windows xp quad 2 ati 512 mb 4mb ram fsx sp1 have have no problems with any other A/C.makes me think I am doing something wrong. Have a lot of Jens other a/c and never had a problem. Thought it was the download so tried another site same problem. I am stumped!
