As nobody is coming up with the answer I have tried flightsim.com forums. A very nice chap named Don gave me the answer within minutes. If it comes up again the flyby.dll is built into the sim. I'ts in views/ outside/ flyby on the menu bar. Thanks once again, Peedy

Patience!  Your original post was only this morning.  A lot of members probably are in school or work all day, and would not have time to reply to you.  I am glad you found your answer somewhere, but give it time.

Sorry guy's probably having a bad day. The flyby.dll works in tower mode. The plane comes in from the left. Comes close and then flies off to the right. Then it repeats. It's a great use of the Tower view. I apologise once again I must be more patient. Kind regards Peedy

FSX has a "fly-by" external view, along with "spot" "locked spot" and "Top".
