A321 elevator trim

I'm sure this has been covered before and I've even done replies to it myself: On fsx gold with acceleration installed, one of the flights is Rome to Naples, thought I'd do it cos was in both places last June.

It's done with the A321, I couldn't get elevator trim to work then i realised it's fly-by-wire so thought it's kinda point it where you want it and relax?

Both keyboard trim and joystick butons had no effect.
At the side of the thrust controls there's a trim wheel, have they made a mistake with putting one there as that has no effect either.

A321 flies fine.
