Wavy textures

I posted about this earlier but got no luck in fixing it so here it goes again.

After a recent c drive re-format, I've been experiencing wavy groung textures everytime I bank the aircraft. It looks as if water waves are moving across the terrain. Not only the ground, but the panels inside the aircraft as well.

This starts to take place as soon as I install SP2.

This is weird since I didn't experience this sort of thing before. I even upgraded my hardware with a faster CPU.

I'm getting desperate since I tried just about everything to fix it; I've been trying different video drivers to no avail.

I believe there might be something missing within my operating system since I asked the specialist not to install everything except the basic drivers.

Please help.

It's more like the ground shakes whenever I execute a turn. I also get the occasional white patch over the terrain.

I've also noticed the same trembling effect whist playing videos.

Could this be caused by some video component that I have not yet installed?

It sounds like a timing thing.  I notice a 'swimming" effect, or a ripple" effect wehn I do hard and fast turns.  I don't know if there is a fix, since it's a matter of data being pumped out of your graphics card to the monitor and the refresh rate of the monitor.
