setting up a flight pattern and fly from one airport to another

this is what I want to do
fly from philidelphia international to washington baltimore international. is there a way to set a flight pattern by useing the onboard cockpit like rader,heading, altitude and so on. like useing the onboard radar with its nice colors it has to head me to the right direction.
let me see if I can explain this to you I want to use the onboard equiptment to use to plot a flight pattern from one airport to another using the radar,elevation, speed, radio compass and anything else that I might need to use to plot a flight pattern and fly with.
like a manual or something
