Any realistic twin-engine GA planes?

I'm looking for a general aviation plane that I can use to introduce pilots to mutli-engine flying, especially engine-failures. The big problem is that none of the twin-engine piston planes I've tried in FSX so far can hold a heading with an engine out. The ball drifts out of center even with full rudder at typical single-engine climb speeds. I have thousands of hours in non-virtual twin Cessnas, so I know what to expect and I can't find it in a FSX aircraft. Any suggestions? The Beech Baron that comes with FSX is typical of what I see in other twins I've tried.

Is there any way to modify the plane's flight characteristics to give the rudder more authority? That might solve my problem.
Thx!

Open the aircraft.cfg file and goto the [flight_tuning] section. You can adjust the 'effectiveness' of the control surfaces.

You could try FSND's (Brett and Alrot's) Cessna 310.

Can it be payware?

All these suggestions are good, thank you! I'll first try modifying the control surface effectiveness. If that doesn't work, I'll buy a Cessna 310. My friends are going to get their multi-engine ratings in a Piper Seminole. I have a payware Seminole that looks good, but I need to tweak the rudder effectiveness so that these guys can keep the ball in the center at normal climb speeds and still have a little rudder left over.

Hurrah! Flight tuning did the trick nicely. I have rudder effectiveness set on 2 right now, and that gets me into the ballpark. When I get time, I'll do a Vmc test at a specific altitude and adjust the rudder effectiveness number so that the aircraft characteristics matches the full-sized plane's handling. Much thanks. You have me itching to try those Cessna 310s, tho!
