Taxi/ Landing lights dim

Dumb me- some time ago,(months) I dl'd a light fix to give me bright Taxi/ Landing lights.   Since dl'ing some aircraft, I now have some craft with very low lights.

I don't know where to start investigating how to improve them & get nothing when I search for lighting, or lights.

Anyone experience this?
Any ideas?

Could be something was changed in your effects folder, I think the spotlight effect is the one that shows landing lights.
