my FSX does not follow the keys ENTER & BACKSPACE for eyepoint MOVE UP/DOWN, to raise/lower the seat so to speak.

I used it a lot in FS9 on approch.

Where do I go wrong?

thanx ......nick

..isn't it "Shift plus Enter", and "Shift plus Backspace" to raise/lower the seat?

Paul is correct. Keys are slightly different in FSX. From main menu go to Settings/Controls and then Buttons / Keys to see the list of all joystick buttons and key assignments; and/or to reassign keys/joystick buttons. While in flight, Alt/Options/Settings/Controls and then Buttons / Keys to get to the same location.

The boys above are correct..
Shift/enter is eyepoint higher (holding shift while tapping enter)
Shift/Backspace is eyepoint lower
Plus and minus keys zoom and unzoom
Pan with hatswitch or spacebar/mouse(view up, down, right, or left. Holding spacebar while moving mouse.)
Try left clicking your screen anywhere if these views won't work and try again.
If all else fails check your key assignments in FSX and if you are trying this from a joystick calibrate and check your joystick profiles.

That image you've shown is not according to the default key assignments..

I tried all possible combinations before I came to post initially even reinstalled/repair.

If it actually works on your system then is a fauld here.

Did you try reseting default button on lower right? Also if you have a normal USB English keyboard unplug it and try a different USB port. After all that, I have no other ideas.. Good luck.

Not to be insulting, but have you checked that those keys do work; sometimes the biggest problems are caused by the simplest things.
