Suggestions for Mission/Flight makers

This is not a complaint but hopefully helpful suggestions. I have been downloading and trying a lot of missions lately for quite a few different sources. It is apparent that there is not much in the way of consistancy in these. Let me tell you what I look for and why - perhaps it will help.

I only have so much time available for FS - I really need to know BEFORE I download the file, how long the mission is expected to take.

If you provide an installer - be POSITIVE it will not remove anything but what you install - I prefer the extract/copy to mission folder method.

If the flight requires a specific non default aircraft - provide it or at least provide the link - saying "search Simviation library for xyz.zip" doesn't really cut it.

Most important - if the flight REQUIRES a specific aircraft and no substitutes - tell me.

Last - if YOUR mission requires that I download someone else's scenery or effects - tell me IN ADVANCE please. I really hate to download a file and find out during install that it requires another download.

AS I said, these are not really complaints, I appreciate your efforts -  keep up the good work!!

Thanx,

Vic

Hey Vic.....you sure stress yourself too much for a Mission or flight...just relax:

You can change any plane in any mission, missions do reference some plane but it is not compulsory to use it, flights too.

For many missions you do need to read the instructions carefully, if you don

LOL! Gera I am not stressed, really. Well, maybe a little. I'm not talking about YOUR flights/missions just generally.

Sometimes you can not read the instructions until you download the product - what I'm saying is simple - in the online description post the estimated time to completion. If the product requires a SPECIFIC aircraft, let the user know BEFORE it's downloaded.

That's my main suggestion.

No stress  :)
