Fuel Truck

You must have airport ground vehicle traffic set at least to the minimum setting for the
fuel truck to be at an airport where fuel delivery is available.
Also, you have to be properly parked in a parking space.
Following this, press "Shift + F" for a fuel truck to arrive, if all of the above perimeters are met. Remember, not all airports have fuel truck services.
