3 questions: king air, default location, scenery enhancement

1. No matter where I place the propellor levers and/or the condition levers, the king air, the grand caravan, and Premier aircraft downloads, accelerates up to 40mph with just a touch of throttle. How do you slow these planes down for realistic taxi? How do you keep them taxiing straight?

2. When I start FSX, the default location is in the air at Friday Harbor in an ultralight. How does one change the default location and aircraft? I can't find the button to do so.

3. Do people generally like Fscene as opposed to the default scenery. Are others better: more detailed, yet subtle?

Thank you!!

Wm

1.  In a King Air, the condition levers should be at low idle, the props full forward, and throttles at idle to taxi.  Granted MS still has not modeled turboprop behavior very well, so it is an inexact science.  I find myself sometimes pulling the props to feather in order to stop accelerating.

2.  When you save a flight, there is a checkbox for "Make Default Flight".  Check it  ;)

3.  Never used FScene, so can't help you.
