do you have such a guage?

I believe for inflight you can hit ALT and it's in one of the menus. SOme as in the startup. Change fuel and payload. Don't know of any gauge though.

I doubt if you will find a gauge for this. Think about it have you ever heard of being able to change your aircraft weight in mid flight. The only way you can do that is to move fuel from one tank to another. You could for instance move the fuel from the wings to the center tank. While that would not alter your weight any it would change the way the plane handles as it would make the wings lighter, but at the same time it makes the fuselage heaver by the same amount.  8-)

Yes, it exists for FSX but I do not know where I found it..


those values along with fuel can be changed using thr SDK and XML commands

I don't think you understand what I am trying to make FSX do.

When you extend the landing gear or flap; the weight orientation of aerodynamics changed.

And hence, you need a quick reconfiguration of the weight-stations or type in manually if you have to!

That's normal. When you drop your flaps the aircraft is going to pitch up. You need to trim the nose down.

Some main landing gears turn towards the belly, some turn forward but they do make differences!

That difference would be minute.

I don't exactly understand, what do you mean by quickly modifying weight stations?

I think what he means is that when the landing gear change their location on the aircraft when extending or retraction, the weight balance of the aircraft will change too. A gauge that could do this in real time would be a hell of a lot easier than going into menus to do it manually.

There is no method by which such data points may be modified in real time in the sim. The load_stations are defined in the aircraft.cfg file and remain constant values until the aircraft is unloaded from the sim.

While it may be possible to simulate a shift in cg via fuel xfer to fore/aft center fuel tanks, it would not be instantaneous...
