Wheel Wobble

If you mean the wheel hub looks like it's not centered, it's probably the .bmp in the texture folder that contains the texture for the hub.
If that's the case, you'll have to use a program like DXTBmp to find it, send it to an image editor, and then edit it by moveing it around, saving and reloading until it lines up correctly.
If it's the wheel itself that is whobbling, then I think you're stuck with it, unless Abacus fixes it themselves, since it's part of the model.
