Windowed/Full screen mode

on the odd occasion I seem to get major glitch's with my flight sim, I either get white water in sea & rivers or parts of my aircraft appear invisible, or autogen dissappears.. or even sometimes my whole sim is split to a black sky and a white ground. I sometimes get rid of the issue by changeing between full screen and windowed mode but most of the time it just changes so something else becomes invisible etc. I can completely get rid of the issue if I take out some of my aircraft ... but as soon as i put others one in it comes back again... its as if it is limiting my addon aircraft. I have tried defragging and repairing fsx accel. but still no luck. I am running fsx on windows 7 64bit. I also only stick to FSX Addon models with plenty of repaints.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this and how i could cure it without limiting my aircraft?

Sorry I can't be of much help with this. The only thing that I can think of to fix it is totally re-install everything FS related including FS itself. I know you don't want to hear that!! If I were you, I would wait a while and keep asking around and if no solution comes up just re-install.

If you have dx10 preview on turn it off, it has being known to cause issues, there is a windows 7 forum topic somewhere have to find it. Also what are your system specs.

-MFSX + Accel with DX10 off + Nhancer per NickN's settings

-Intel i5 750 4x 2.66ghz Overclocked (tried everthing without an overclock and no differences apart from speed)
-4GB G.Skill 1600mhz Ram
-320GB 7200rpm for system
-150GB Raptor for FSX
-XFX GTX260 898mb.
