Hi There Everyone I have Downloaded The "Airbus A380" But When I get In the aircraft it says Trail right across the window can anyone help please. thanks

You don't say which A380 or where you downloaded it from. It sounds like you have a Demo or Trial version of a Payware aircraft.

Thanks for the link. I just tried it & it works fine. It's an old FS2004 model updated to work in FSX. It has no VC & is aliased to use the 2D panel of the default B747_400.

You could be looking at the wrong aircraft. Are you sure you installed it correctly? Have you installed any other versions of the A380 or modified the default 747 panel?

This is the only a380 I have the aircraft comes up great looks good the inside of plain looks good to but the co pilots windows says trail. its like theres a image over the window but I can't find it to delete it. also do you have fsx an would you mind adding me please.

I tried it, and had no problems.  Could you post a screen shot?

As Boikat has suggested, some screen shots of the issue would be very helpful here.

You have the one I linked to, which is a free demo of the AFS designs Payware A-380. 

The only way to get rid of that banner, is to buy the full version.

Ah, that explains it. The A380_afs_C23_H folder contains a completely separate aircraft. The Demo version of the AFS-Design A380 that Shane mentioned. By pasting the files in with the First Flight A380 you've installed the Demo over the top of it. It should be listed as such on the aircraft selection menu.


I'm not sure what it's doing in the download but it was probably included by mistake.

I downloaded it to see what was going on, and sure enough, we were both right. 

First time I've seen this happen. I'll let Pete know so he can alter the zip file.
