How do I fix this?

I downloaded some scenery from a download site and when I installed it in the FSX Scenery Library I got this error.
Scenery.CFG File error Invalid Remote Scenery Path in Scenery Area. 152,
Click OK to continue.
Now I know one of the scenery packs "Sullivan Bay" does not work because after I downloaded and installed it twice I read it required both "Tongass X and Orbx PNW."
I do have Acceleration installed which it does require also
