FSX Questions. (VC, ATC, Aircraft Installation, Graphics)

VC:
Most of the times when I downloaded an aircraft with VC in it, they never show up, why?
- I have heard it may do with the Gauges, I tried downloading them again (fixed ones) or reinstall it again. They still don't work.
~ Am I suppose to copy the whole folder? Or the FILES inside the folder into FSX/Gauges...?
What are the steps for changing the VC if you have a VC that you like in other aircraft? I know it is not as simple as copying the panels into the folder... do you have to edit or change some stuff in the aircraft.cfg file? or panel.cfg file?
For my overland 777, everything works. But for some reason in the Cockpit view, or VC, the mini icons that give us a short cut to like radio sacks, engine controls doesn't work, (It opens, but its just pain black?)
ATC:
At the beginning of my flight, after I readback the IFR clearance, the ATC never replies me with "read back correct". And the ATC just say, theres no message to be transfer or something like that... why?
Graphics:
I don't know if I did something to FSX during install or something, but sometimes I see like part of a picture in the background blocking my outside view. (Like literally, a picture of a random thing just suddenly shows up blocking ur view during landing, or take off, and you just cant see the aiport for a while until it disappear).
CONTROL:
For the rudder and ground control, it says it is enter and 0 right? when i press 0, it always changes view into outside spot instead rudder pushing to the left...
well finally, is there a thing where you can make FSX load faster? Is it more like my computer memory or speed problem or is there a way to max the speed?
EDIT: I forgot. Does anyone know why in my 777 normal cockpit, it doesnt show the miniscreen for airspeed, altitude, engine performance, headings (what ever thats call, i forgot
)? Its just empty with nothing in it, you see the cockpit but its all brown with no buttons...
