Help!

Hello guys! I have a problem, I downloaded the Seychelles scenery pack for or so it says is for FSX. it loads fine but, when I land on runway 31 or look to the side, water covers up the land :-? :'(! Do I need some more things or...? Because my specs are Graphics: Ultra High Aircraft: Ultra High Scenery: Custom
Traffic: Medium low.

where did you get the scenery from?? link would be nice.
