Flight Tuning

Does everyone here use the default tuning for their Cessnas? Because it seems extremely sensitive.

I run the little C172  at default settings, and find that it is the best small prop for control, tho in the settings I have the pitch sensitivity (?) set to medium.  The Beech Baron is especially awful, trying to use the pitch control.
