how do you get valkyrie xb70 to work or install, getting message that file is damaged when i right click on aircraft file

if the file is damaged i would delete it fast and try to download it again. and if it still doesn't work i would find another plane and wait for an improve version of that plane. oh yes, it could be a good idea to notify the server where you get the file that it presented a problem, it might help to get it fix.
